I like the perspective of where the hand is and the grip on Gryphon, I think the pants and inside of his coat need a bit more shading and you could use some subtle colors to make other colors pop a bit more but what you have right now is pretty good! Only other thing I personally suggest is having at least a bit of wrist visible since the hand imo seems a little detatched from his body
