I would suggest that you learn more about point perspectives there types and play around with those to figure out how you what the final piece to look like. But since your just starting with digital art all this stuff might seem a bit too complicated. Hang in there and take one step at a time instead of trying to do a lot of things at once. first get comfortable with using basic tools then move on to more advanced once.

check out the video as it probs explains it better but your horizon is defined on where focoal points aline, I kind of eyeballed it tbh so its not all that perfect, but a horrizon is where the sky meets the ground

with that you can use it as a reference to understand how your objects would sit and how to create a 3rd space, Im personally newer to it so I am probanaly ass at explaining it haha

now they are pretty much evenly inbetweened which is why it looks somewhat slow
