Somewhat complicated answer. But more than anything, just drawing a lot helps because you build muscle memory. But analyzing where you went wrong with drawings after you're done with them helps too. You have to study smartly. A few good art books can help. But so can good YouTube channels (others here know them better than I do). I will always recommend "Figure Drawing for all it's Worth" by Andrew Loomis as a starter along with "Basic Perspective Drawing: A Visual Approach" by John Montague and "How to Draw: drawing and sketching objects and environments from your imagination" by Scott Robertson.

You won't make this a side hustle unless you dedicate quite a lot of time to it.
