I have a crack theory about One Piece.
Okay, so you know how Shanks lost his arm while using conquerer's haki, yet when Luffy and other people use it they don't lose a limb.
My theory is that when say, Luffy uses it, he is losing a limb, but! He can choose the limb. So everytime he uses conquerer's Haki, he's sacrificing a nose hair or a leg hair, or something so small that it won't really make a difference.
