Episode 1015 of One Piece was (without going into spoilers) a masterpiece

I remember hearing a lot of buzz around Episode 1015 of One Piece when it first end broadcasted back in April 24th 2022 and when I was getting near said episode, I was excited to see what the hype was about.

I have known for a while that it adapted the 1000th manga chapter which definitely got me more excited about it.

Megumi Ishitani’s direction for the episode was another highlight of it, she really went above and beyond adding lots of depth and emotion which was incredible. I have heard Megumi has expressed doing the next One Piece movie and if she’s giving that chance, that would be amazing.

I am happy to declare that Episode 1015 is one of my new all time favourite episodes of One Piece.
