kuzan - he has a touch of thrill. he takes chances that align with his mind. letting robin go, joining blackbeard, saving smoker, etc
kizaru - a pet for the 5 elders. he sacrifices his emotions and everything and simply obeys everything that is said to him. he is like the kid does anything to get a good name. but here and there oda has shown clearly that he does things even though he doesn't like what he is doing.
Akainu - the brute force. he doesn't care about anything he wants something done - he wants it at any cost. kill, steel, what not... anything goes until everything goes as i want type of guy. was ready to kill coby, fought with kuzan, etc.
fujitora - man of kindness, as we all know. he wants to prevail justice for what it is.
