We still get a ton of these moments; the arcs are pretty big these days, but the straw hats not staying as a group for entire arcs isn’t a new thing; they always split. I don’t want to put words in your mouth but it seems like your impression of the post timeskip is specifically dominated by Onigashima, which, you’re right- it didn’t have as many funny straw hat moments, but it’s also the resolution of hundreds of chapters in the post timeskip, and dozens of chapters in Wano itself; both of which did have a lot of straw hat moments, Wano specifically had a ton of them (think Sanji refusing to feed Usopp for free, Robin, Usopp, and Brook making the face when getting through the checkpoint, beating the yakuza, the map hunt, etc.) and I don’t think you’d want the raid itself to be filled with gags, right? Because we did get a ton of straw hat moments in the raid, they were just tonally consistent, with the stakes being as high as they’ve ever been
