Console Command and Sound expressions both not working

Likely just due to my own newness to this plugin, but both of these expressions are not working while it is indeed taking my money away

On a side note the menu's size is also a normal chest and not 9, so if one could point out whatever silly mistake I've made that would be swell.

The sound plays now but its still not giving the item

I know my command syntax is correct and now im pretty sure im using the right placeholder

do /papi parse me %player_name%

does it return you name in chat correctly or does it just say %player_name%?

if it works correctly, did you try to use the mythicmobs command directly from console with an actual playername instead of the placeholder?

also, what's the error message in console when you click on the item?

Player placeholder not working? If you are using a plugin which supports PlaceholderAPI, and the %player% placeholder doesn't work, then change it to %player_name% and download the player expansion.
