how to make deluxemenus issue the command by the player in the bungee cord server not in the spigot

  it issues it by the player but it just does it in the spigot server not in my bungeecord server

There used to be one called CommandSync. It has been discontinued but I'm like 99% sure there are plugins similar to that with similar names.

That's the only way to do it. The way Adam suggested.
