chunk loading is the main one. Chunk generation is also on another thread but pregeneration stops this so people usually don't worry about it.

unless you are on spigot - where since people have SSD's, they removed async chunk loading and generation.

Also another issue I have. My server starts and everything is finished loading I join the server and it lags for a bit. But if I wait after everything loaded for about 2 minutes it doesn't lag.

The plugin (or program) you are trying to use was compiled using a newer Java version than the one you using.

on damage, check if arrow is sent by player then apply to the velocity player in direction player is facing
