You can set it up you can buy it for in-game money and real money (but make it easier to get it for real money).

I has do like that on one perm, so you have more disadvantage if you buy it for in-game money (have cool down and cost every time you use the command). But i have done so if you not like have this disadvantage you can buyer cheaper if you already buy it for in-game money.

I heavily disagree. As someone who doesn't really purchase things on servers unless I really enjoy the server, forcing players to buy the command every time they want to use it would just piss me off to the point where I'd write the server off as p2w and quit. If you're going to sell the /fly command, sell the /fly command all-out, no disadvantage for a decent amount of currency. If you must sell /fly for irl money and MUST give players a very compelling reason to buy it, I would recommend making it a part of a rank and offer the full usage of the command f2p a price that ideally wouldn't take over 10 hours to grind. That way, it's easier to buy the command for irl money, but it's still attainable and you'd be able to keep your f2p players
It's possible that you'd make more money by making /fly inconvenient to use without paying irl money, but imo doing it is kinda scummy.

I ofc not do it for fly (was only how i has done with a command and permission), was for a back to your death command some are more op to use (if players complain I can ofc change how the command work).

Is difficult in advance to know how to balance this and as I said players want to change I do it (unless it is completely unreasonable changes). Understand what you mean and are most cosmetics you can buy for money (however, there are some things I need to go through and change, which are not entirely in line with TOS).

different servers. doesn't need to be different IPs just different ports. you can have one server minecraft for almost each port on your server.

in a server if they want multiple things then they can once again do it multiple worlds or multiple servers. Both work. Most servers do just different worlds since is easier.

but I think Hypixel for example has each game like of skywars for example on a different server. Like they dinamicaly create new servers or delete them I think. not 100% sure.

I don't think you can simply downgrade your server, especially if your world is from a newer version (think new blocks, metadata etc.)

There may be tools to convert it and lose as little data as possible, try googling it

if you use Vault then you can download PlaceholderAPI, and the Vault expansion but not the latest. download one version older and use that. Its not the best tho. it was removed due to bad performance. Other option would be similarly, download PlaceholderAPI, Download the latest vault expansion then buy and use Leaderheads to make the leaderboards

Hey, there is a bad dupe glitch going on.... I'm running Spigot 1.16.4, and when a player drops their entire inventory, and then leaves right away, and then joins again they still have their entire inventory.(Running it on Bungeecord)
