For me default worked pretty well, but for more specific servers you just have to get it custom done

False alarms will always be a thing, so either report that to Vulcan or edit the config correctly

Some clients often modify packets so that they won't behave as vanilla

Hi, I'm using craftbukkit 1.19.4 instead of paper or spigot due to their incompatibilities with vanilla farms and mechanics (despite numerous attempts to configure them, they don't behave like vanilla). I have problems with the plugins I used to use in paper because they don't load or are not designed for craftbukkit (I guess bukkit is a bit old for these times).

Is there any way to make those plugins work properly without breaking the vanilla mechanics of minecraft like paper or spigot does? Thanks

how are these servers private if they’re not whitelisted? maybe with that info someone can help you more with your specific situation. there’s almost certainly a way to have a whitelist synced between multiple servers if managing the whitelist is the issue

We use discord srv and role syncing. It's extremely difficult to keep track of everyones ingame name and keep whitelist up to date. With discord linking you just manage that one thing.

Basically, we have 5 different servers that are private accessible through lobby, some of them are on 1.12.2. To connect to lobby you must have a certain role in our discord. We're now adding 6 public servers in addition to the 5 private ones. So we need everyone to have access to lobby but not to those 5 private servers.
Think we figured it out by requiring each of the private servers to check for the specific role in discord. Haven't tested the 1.12.2 moded servers yet, but hoping it works.

The thing that fired me up, is that I just had paid for Legacy, you removed everything good for a company with Checkout and I had 10 months left with you. And your company told me ”We can’t refund you because of our policys”. And I had been there for 10 years.

The best option for me, would have been if I quit my job at my own org- and went private, using Tebex Checkout.

binary search your plugins until you find the culprit

1. if you only have one plugin, jump to step 8.
2. remove half of your server plugins from the /plugins/ directory
3. restart your server
4. see if the "Chest is locked" issue is still around
5. if it still is, jump to step 1.
6. remove all of your currently enabled plugins but bring back all of the ones you disabled last round.
7. jump to step 2.
8. congrats! you found the plugin that causes your issue

I think it is the other way around, you can use maria connector to connect to both mysql and maria db.

127.0.0.1 doesn't work for my bungeecord config, I am hosting all the servers on pterodactyl but I can only use the public IP of the server to configure the servers, It won't let me use 127.0.0.1

If you're using Pterodactyl to host your servers and are unable to use 127.0.0.1 i mean (localhost) for configuration, try using the public IP address instead. Ensure network settings allow loopback connections and check Pterodactyl and BungeeCord configurations.

You can’t really add custom particles with texturepack

You would have to use vanilla core shaders to try render custom particles.

The two simplest options are to: use a mounted text display with the background opacity set to 0, and repeated font icons behind the player's name based on the width of the name's text, or the same thing with the repeated text on an armorstand but with some extra negative shifts to trick the client into thinking the text width is smaller than zero and thus not rendering the translucent text background

Why does the enderdragon keep respawning after its been killed. I killed it as the server won't have an enderdragon but if the server restarts the bedrock thing on 0 0 end spawns back and the enderdragon respawns

Quick question, how good is 1.17 in terms of server performance? I am kinda limited and have to decide on whether I should use 1.17 and have access to the plugins that only work in that version OR if I don't use those plugins. The issue is that, I would've basically ditched a decent chunk of my server's features with it.

people aren't going to want to download stuff for 1.16.5 just to play on your server with less features than the modern version

plus you don't get all the new paper improvements like the new chunk system and everything

if you want to keep that maximum compatability and pvp experience, just use 1.8 with ViaVersion

otherwise, just use latest so it's easier for everyone and you get all the latest features

Should the error be analyzed? You could update DeluxeMenus to the latest version, because then you have plugin support for versions 1.19.3 & 1.19.4. Otherwise, maybe check out the GitHub page for the PlaceholderAPI. There are other placeholders for Quests.
