windows automatically named my user folder and I really hate that so I followed an example on how to rename it. Basically renamed the folder and went in regedit and changed the name there as well. but now, in my start menu and stuff a lot of stuff doesn't show up anymore. for example if I search for disk management, it doesn't show up. Were you underage when you created your paypal?
PayPal has not and can not ban the selling of downloadable content for games. This would restrict hundreads of thousands of users and PayPal would lose a big lump some of their user base if they decided that any additions to games weren't allowed to be sold. This would also shutdown PayPal accounts of game developers selling dlcs for their games.
I have never been provided proof of users getting banned for the sale of minecraft plugins and or mods. Paypal accounts have been banned for various reasons even if PayPal doesn't give them a definitive answer they must have broken something in PayPal user agreement which does not include telling users they can't sell minecraft related content.
It might be nice that spigot offer other payment systems but unfortunately the users that only use PayPal would receive backlash for this. Users would be telling us we need to use another supported payment method etc...
If you want to support other methods, create the methods and pr them to spigot. (Good luck with this though because you have to sign a contract information can be found on the spigot wiki about adding code.)

None of the users that have been banned on PayPal have been specifically told what they were banned for. We have no facts that they were banned for selling plugins and I'm tired of users trying to cause a panic because they broke PayPals tos.
This bullshit all started because songoda got banned for breaking paypals tos and they tried to spin it in their favor like PayPal was blocking sales of minecraft content.

The main reason I have made this is because the plugin is dead and has been very glitchy in 1.8, especially with the release on WorldGuard and WorldEdit 6.1+.
