when plugin get infected with malware (L10 for example) that inject sh1t into it, can be that malware code used before next plugin load? (restart/reload)

usually what you call code injection is runtime injection(inject the code while the code is running)
so i assume that the code which injects sh1t into the plugin is inside the jar(someone decompiled the original plugin,add the code that injects sh1t,then put it back in the jar),the code can be inserted forever everytime you start the pluign)
but by definition,code injection,it should only exist once in runtime (usually)(when external plugins interfere with the plugin)
