I don't know if this is the right place to report this but since 2018 I have been getting harassed by Garner. He has been claiming all these things towards me with no proof and today after 3 years he has yet again tried to get the -rep I have gave him over a year ago removed. He has been talking to others to slander my name causing harm in my business. I have own every single report he has ever opened against me since I had sold proof of him being a liar with every claim he had.

Little back story:
 Garner was going to start a server with me but yet I decided to remove him as he had no experience in doing any sort of server work nor software development work[Proof]. He has decided to go out of his way to start opening all these claims towards me with a scam report[Link] which I have won because he had no proof of anything. He keeps claiming he made a "House linking chest plugin" which he hasn't because he has no experience in plugin development as I showed above. I have got proof of him trying to purchase my Minecraft server from me. As well as all donations sent by him were sent through my Minecraft store as he purchased them for perks via my server which are provided through my other ticket.```

He went ahead and replied to an old Feedback Dispute which I have won before but yet again he keeps trying and never wins. He has been claiming that I scammed a web developer with no proof but I have found out its a developer I won a scam report against him since he was wasting my time and had a lot of issues with his code.

By him slandering my name/business I have lost clients due to his constant claims.

He has been trying to reach me via discord but I keep telling him to stop trying to contact me as I don't have any interest in any sort of communication with him. It really hurts when someone is going this far to ruin someone's reputation for nothing as I did nothing wrong.

That's most likely because you have to be "near" the dragon (or in cases like AirBar near the Wither) and may even need line-of-sight for it to trigger the bar to display.
