You can't sell hard currency for soft currency. So, would having them deposit x amount on a website (where it's on a 1:1 conversion) and then that amount can be used on many things, and, one of those things happens to be to gain access to the MC server (if you have a 0 balance, you can't join. So, this works because you can sell access, but, it needs to be full access, which this is). Once you're in the server, whatever amount you have deposited on the site can be used to play things on the server (mainly, casino-esque games), where you can either get, or lose money.
The money then reflects in real time on the site, and, if the player hits 0, they're kicked and unwhitelisted. However, they can cash out at any time on the site, and enjoy the benefits on other places, or, withdraw for cash
So, they're paying for access and gaining the ability to play games. Since we can charge as often as we want, surely this would be fine. And none of the things would be P2W or give an advantage, cause it's slots and stuff

Another thing you could do is delete all invites you have and create new ones.
And finally, perhaps have a role setup where people have to click a reaction to get access. Worked for me before member screening was a thing
