Now, to defend 1.8 PvP users before it gets questioned, I've been told plugins that reinstate the old PvP to later versions don't exactly revert the changes. Apparently, hitboxes changed and thus you can't completely revert back to the old version besides removal of cool down. Which is fair enough, for PvP servers. Not your Survival, Skyblock, Creative Server.
