I finally am able to speak to the same person every message, I spoke to them on the phone, they got their supervisor to enable mass payments for my account, they couldnt fix it, so they told me to contact Merchant tech support so i did, and I actually had high hopes this time cos of the positive experience with my normal support agent. My technical support request is closed within 12 hours saying normal support needed to deal with it, and they said this.... Now my support agent apparently is out of office for the next few days, this has been an issue for like 4 or 5 months at this point lmao
