Yeah, 20 glyphs for the panel opening, 4 different states of the progress bar like 1/4 tick, 2/4 tick, etc then you calculate how many ticks you need for 100% and choose how many fulls and how many incompletes you'll need and offset them x pixels

Actually not really, used to be worse, the animation frames themselves are perfectly positioned by default so only trial and error are the elements you need to offset but like open it once take a screen shot count the pixels of where they are and where they should be, multiply by your ui scale and boom perfectly aligned

Only ass part is the vertical offset of text, since you need to generate an entire new font for it

Btw @wooden magnet I wanted to comment on your menu design, first of all, it's really neat, but there is one small issue I have with it
The "scroll bar" being really visible and the arrows not so much, it gives the first impression that the user should click and drag the bar like they would on a website, which wouldn't work on minecraft and the only thing affecting it is the arrows which are currently quite hidden in the background
