Also trying to actively go against a users right to block ads by A) making it against ToS (which afaik doesn't work in EU as law prevents that) and B) experimenting with injecting ads directly into the videos, which I'm sure also violates some laws, because I don't think youtuber's are fine with their videos being edited for the sake of adding ads

I also once found a document by the W3C that was about User rights or smth. And one right was that the user can view the web however they like, using any assistive tools to do so including content editors/remover (aka addons like ad-blockers).
And youtube, through google, joined that comittee and agreed to these rights... So you could tell youtube to actually follow them...

How they can send this in TV is beyond me while Pampers (baby Diapers company) had to redo their ad three times because the first two times they claimed their product is "the #1 chosen by midwives" and "The #1 on german Birth clinics" respectiveky which both from what I know got backlash as it claimed untrue stuff...

Yeah, grab BO3 from MS Store, rip the optimized files, use the mod to swap into Steam version, refund MS copy. Lets you run custom zombies/multiplayer smoother since MS files are better optimized. Shady but works. Just don’t forget refund rules might bite you if you’re slow.
