Well, managed to make a plugin that intercepts guis of other plugins and allows me to apply custom model data to items and also make copies of items which work as the original

intercepts:

This example basically intercepts any gui with a title that starts with test;, applies the model 1010 to the item in slot 48 and copies that item to slots 49, 50 which execute a click in slot 48 when clicked.
