I don’t like the futuristic feel of 3 as a whole… I feel like it just took everything to a weird new universe
But I will say zombies was still great and fresh, it didn’t push too many boundaries for me and the maps are sick. Custom zombies on PC is insane as well. My favorite zombies will always be 2 tho XD
And all things considered, I actually really like the idea of Modern Warfare 3 zombies. It’s not round based zombies, but an open world resource scavenging zombies mode is kinda awesome. It has its fair share of flaws but it gives me 7 days to die vibes in a great way

Top Inventory shows overwrite false, bottom inventory with overwrites on.
Default behavior is false, so Top Inventory would be expected if not defined.

When I typically do a separate backend I've been utilizing Deno / Workers / Hono. Though I have been playing with Bun and Elysia which can also generate types for the client from the API which is pretty cool.

Makes sense, I think it comes down to intention - if you want to learn new tech, sure it certainly works to try out new stuff. If you're looking to build a business / a new SaaS, it's often best to use the tech you know and love. That way if you face any issues, you're more likely to know the solution

Apparently because IJ uses JDK 17 and my project produces a JDK 21 class-file it can't load the scriptin definitions properly.

i run 1 cmd, and the server starts up, while screen launches playit in another terminal window, and everything functions correctly-
run: ./mc_combo.sh, which then runs both: ./mcjar.sh and ./p_screen.sh; ./mcjar.sh runs the command which initializes the Minecraft java server, and ./p_screen.sh is what runs the screen command which in itself opens up a new terminal window, and automatically starts running the playit program file.

On paper, mac books are quite more powerful cpu wise and battery. While windows pc have more compatibility, windows (this is good) and a better gpu.
But performance on most windows laptops is known to decrease if not plugged in and battery does not last as much as macbooks
if you want a good alternative to macbooks but windows you could always go with a Galaxy Book 4 Ultra, or rog zephryus G16, heard good reviews from both.

what zodd.kt said, + split screen (or whatever you call it) is way better in windows, additionally, link to my phone (mac also has this but only for iphones which I don't have) which funnily enough, cross-device clipboard is one of the things I use the most lol. I also find macos weirdly organized (probably cause I am used to windows), and I overall I hate the fact that I am limited by macos in terms of which apps I can run since not every app runs on macos...
With all that said, even if we ignore the bunch of things I dislike, ignoring the stupidly expensive price (if you go with the newer models), I just dislike apple. Their devices are good, sure, but I HATE, like, really HATE, how apple works. AKA the whole limiting everything if you are not inside their ecosystem, which in turn force you to become part of that ecosystem. Simply disgusting.
I feel the same way similarly to Nvidia, I would buy AMD over Nvidia even if Nvidia has better gpus, AMD is the better company, has open sourced software they use, and actually cares about their users unlike Nvidia.
PS: Not saying Apple products suck (or Nvidia), I simply dislike how they do business. And that is also a reason I am not interested in buying a mac.
