As others said, way too much work. Alternatively, you could also make an another account, keep it logged in the server and use that client to take screenshots. Once the player uses the command, the plugin would add that player to the queue. Every X seconds it would pop it from the queue and would do the screenshot procedure. You would also probably need to serve the captured images over http/s for players to access them.
