Songoda is bad to say the least and PayPal has any reason to ban people associated with that group

Just think about it: If MC plugin selling was really forbidden by ToS, why does nobody else complain? All PayPal would need to do is filter accounts with specific payment reasons (As those are usually the same)

Just to give some idea of what can be cause of termination/ban on PayPal:

• Underage user (You need to be 18+ or afaik 14 with parental approval and supervision)
• Abuse of PayPal's services such as the refund-system (People abused it by issuing $0.01 refunds)
• Actually distributing illegal content like viruses, trojans, other kind of malware, drugs, etc.

Think of it like this... paper is a fork of spigot and has been limited by bukkits api and craftbukkits implementation and can really only go so far using those libs. Now they are going to make a hard fork of their own moving passed those restrictions yes it will take awhile for others to use their hard fork but in the end it's a lot better for them and their code.

My software will only be limited by my knowledge/imagination (more limited in the imagination aspect lol). No minecraft code so I can make the server do whatever I want essentially only limited by the vanilla client and accepted packets.
