One thing I'm particularly proud of on the server is we have our own chest system that is rolled out with regular chests. We have a system of something called "Safes" which are upgradable chests up to a double chest with a single block. Also, the inventory is virtual meaning no TickingEntities, which means no server performance impact as well as no client performance impact either.
