The boosts are usually from stolen accounts so if they charge back that's not good reputation wise for the server, and technically speaking. The users are bots which according to discord TOS isn't allowed.

imo there should be more to this rule, since a developer most likely wouldn't look at a 2 week old request (or in this case, 17 days)
