@strange estuary couple things, I can see that 1 guy that doesn't know that will just try to right click the sword from the ground for like 10 minutes without realising they have to move over it. Maybe add an action bar saying something like "step over the item to pick it up" or something like that, or even add an option to also right click to pick it up.
The second thing is, can you not make the "shift to dismount" message go away at all? :))
