Lets say you create a minecraft world. You place blocks you make a nice structure etc... You then screen shot said world. You create an NFT out of it and sell it.
This scenario is what mojang is trying to stop. They don't want you to create NFT (as well as other cyrpto entities) out of minecraft related content.

With that being explained... If they wanted to stop this from being allowed they would have to disallow any media being posted from minecraft. Images, Videos etc... Because any media can be sold/traded.

Any media can be turned into an NFT, sure. But that usually involves uploading the asset to OpenSea / MagicEden, etc. Mojang can just target these sites and force them to take down any minecraft related assets
