#Couldn't start a scheduled stream today

I'm coming back to streaming after a long hiatus. Today, I scheduled a stream on restream, and I was still connected to YouTube and Twitch from the last time I did a live stream. I set the titles and description and thumbnail, and everything seemed fine. But when the start time rolled around, it didn't start. It said it was time to start, but I couldn't find a place to start it. So, I ended up just starting a new one, and people found it eventually and I had viewers from both Twitch and YouTube.

So, my question is this. Can anyone tell me what I did wrong? Is there a link to a video I can watch to see it was supposed to look or to watch others do it? I want to schedule another one for tomorrow, but I'm scared the same thing will happen. (In case it matters, I'm on the free plan. I'm attaching a screenshot of what my screen looked like when it was time to start.)

Thanks so much!

There was never a go live button for the scheduled stream.

ok, I figured out that when I duplicate an old scheduled stream, it works. So I'll just do that from now on instead of making new ones.

Hey @final pivot! It looks like you selected to create an RTMP stream rather than a Studio stream.

When you're on our homepage, you'll want to make sure you select our Studio (option 1) instead of RTMP (option 2). That way, you can go live directly as usual. You can also do what you ended up doing yesterday and duplicating an old stream if you'd like to use some of your old settings. This is called "reusing a stream draft".

I hope this helps! Feel free to let me know if you have any other questions.
