Can these exist OUTSIDE Strategos/Timer from the AI? I want to eventually get IT6/7 and rest of imp skills to 6/7 but as it stands that's never going to happen just due to how long it takes to farm and only during the windows it is open. Anyone else wanna weigh in? Grind is insane it's already 10 imp chests ontop of so many hours in anatolia just farming these fragmented seals. I respect the people that can do this grind, but if you have no way to actually get in / farm them during Strategos/Emp Event? RIP, or alternative route preferably.

As probably the only player in the game who has attempted to farm anatolia solo after having joined a team that is hostile to the team that completely dominates the area during the active windows strands are farmable, the grind is quite bad. I have managed to collect maybe 2 strand boxes during the event that overlaps with my lunch break at work and haven't had much time to play outside that window, but at this rate it would take me 50 days (1/2 hour per day) of grinding to gather enough materials for one imp skill to level 6 or 7
Which means at best I could get that skill in 1 year
When not harassed, it's possible to collect 10-20 boxes per strat event as a single character.
If I MC a bunch of engineers, that number can go up to about 125 per strat event

this checks out as i got 2 fragments
and that would mean 50 more anatolia, only available during emp contest
the problem is having to be on for every one is the real issue tbh
not a realistic grind to meet every anatolia and consider doing it unharrassed, the pvp aside even without it, the grind is insane and locked to only emp windows

That's pretty good. Between work and RL issues I think I'll have my first ready to train summer or fall of next year if I bother sticking around. And I've been at it for probably about a year seriously trying. I just don't have the insane time to grind those skills.

There's that. On paper it doesn't look like much but combined with all the other bits and bobbs it's a fairly respectable increase. It's just not trainable in any reasonable time frame. Even the winning team can only train a few.

It does feel like gas lightning and an excuse for not doing it. But as with so many things in SS it isn't about players experience.

The imp chests come with the strands, I got roughly 30 from all the strands farming

the fact is you'd have more imp chests than every single skill to 7~ than before you ever get all the skills to 6

It sucks grinding in anatolia outside the events too. I would love if you got surges when the strats spawned.
