You have to do the start of super gore nest skip, on the super gore nest master level, and them jump of the map into the void, aiming for the green fog and hope and pray you land on the arena, once there you dash into the wall with the portal to clip back in before completing the slayer gate normally.

Playing though the Cultist Base, in the room where the floor falls down into a pit with imps and gargoyles. One of the mancubus spawned in, and just killed over, I didn't do anything to it.
It just decided that existence was to painful and died.
