No it’s not a dash boost, it’s a zip boost, normally they’re done by starting a dash from the ground, and having the dash go airborne at least 0.6096 meters above the ground shortly afterwards, and if at any point during the dash you go below the 0.6096m threshold ( cuz dash gravity or someshit ) and are still airborne, a 100ms timer begins, if the player is still below that threshold and still airborne when the 100ms is up then the player will get 609.6m/s directly downwards, and momentums very prone to redirecting at such speeds. From what I know the requirements aren’t a constant, but they guarantee a zip at the very least, there’s ones that don’t abide by those specific perimeters, but starting a dash from a grounded position and going airborne in a spot fairly close to the ground is always a factor

It’s from some secret dialogue within the game in Kadingir. Pretty interesting since even the demons apparently fear the demonic crucible’s power and ability to corrupt realms. I think this prophecy was originally referring to Hayden as the dark priest, so I wonder if that’ll ever be followed up on in the future

A punchboost, your punch lunges you towards the enemy, which is broken when you make contact with them. when contact isn’t made, or contact is interrupted, like with geometry in the clip you showed there, you’re able to maintain that speed. it’s also crucial that a direction is held for the punch or else you won’t get much of a boost, preferably forward since your camera locks onto what you’re punching anyways.

This music didn't feel to go hard at all the first time I played these levels. It was what people were complaining about. I watched a playthrough too and it felt muted all the way through. Possible they snuck out a hotfix? It felt totally different on second playthrough tonight, with the hard music coming when it's supposed to.
