The god then created the realm known as urdak and created the maykr species, he saw as they made the first tech ever conceived, but the god never saw them make a cure for the curse of death.

Unfortunately the harbinger died to the American spy and BJ Blazkwoicz had put the nazis plan to bring doomsday to a stop.

The khan had secretly made a deal with the hell priests to have the demons built monuments to gather hell essence and make argent energy.

As they teleport people through, they describe horrible things that had saw and showed violent behavior. As they put a drone through the portal, they saw a glimpse of a twisted creature. The drone never came back, and what went through the portal were the monsters of what they saw in the portal.

He has now went to the teleporter, but before he can get to it, he has to go up against the twin barons(yes that is what they're called in the manual). As he killed both of them, he activates the portal, but is ambushed by demons when he gets there.

They had revived the harbinger of doom and enhanced him with new mechanical parts to go up against the doomguy, but to they're surprise, they see the cyberdemon explode. Now that doomguy has killed they're secret weapon, he has to get out, but now sees that deimos floats above hell itself. He grapples down to finally finish off hell and see who is behind the invasion.

As the doomguy goes through the strange and twisted architecture of hells landscape, he finally finds the mastermind of the operation, the spiderdemon. As he shot it with all of his bullets, the demon fell and slowly died. A doorway opened to earth, but something was wrong. He saw the sight of his rabbits head on a pike, then the rage fueled him for what was to come.

Decided to go and destroy all of hell.

Now on earth, he goes through more hellish buildings and doors. He finally found the revived mastermind and took her down once more. A teleporter opens, but the demon Baphomet had glitched the teleporter, and only sent the doomguy deeper into hell, not knowing he was the cause of the deaths of the demons.

As he goes to the final frontier on this journey, he sees the biggest demon he has ever seen, the icon of sin. As he shoots rockets into the demons brain, he screams throughout hell as his body falls and devastates miles of hells landscape.

As doomguy goes back to earth, he finds that a cyberdemon had been trying to make his own army of demons and rebel against the doomguy. Now as he climbs the stairs to the teleporter, he goes through and finds the master levels of what is believed to be the cosmic realm.

So he fights through hell, then goes back to Earth, fights a cyberdemon wanting to make an army to kill specifically him, then he goes up the stairs of the complex the cyberdemon was in, to the teleporter, teleports, and fights through the cosmic realm!?

They call in the doomguy for help on the threat and goes through another invasion. When he arrives back in hell, he finds a demon as big as the icon known as the demon spitter. He again shoots rockets into the monsters brain and the doomguy teleports to the other moon on Jupiter. As he goes through the moon and back to hell, he finds the gatekeeper and pumps more rockets into his brain.

He's going back through hell to defeat another invasion.

They built transportation and mines for argent energy and then got killed by more demons. Now doomguy had a new realm to go off on and went through the new horrors that awaited him. He reached vassago and killed him, but before he could exit, he was telefraged by more vassagos and is finally captured. He then wonders after he's done this for years what his legacy might be.

In chains, the doomguy breaks free and goes to a castle. The sky filled with fire, he fights vassago once more as he gets his freedom out of hell. Now back on mars and the portal destroyed, he thinks to himself that his legacy can wait.

After what the doomguy thought was the end of the armies of hellspawn, he gets a distress signal telling to check out an abandoned UAC facility. There has been some suspicious activity with radioactive waste detected there. The mother demon had resurrected the rotted bodies of demons and they were upgraded by the radioactive waste, turning them into more powerful demons, even making new variants.

I see, so the facility we go through in 64 is that abandoned UAC facility the distress signal sent out to us.

The doomguy goes through the abandoned halls of the facility, nothing but the bodies of former marines cursed and the zombie like demons. He reached an unusual weapon that looks to have been born out of the very pits of hell, the unmaker.

As the doomguy finally goes to hell to confront the mother demon, he collected the demon keys to help him in defeating her. The doomguy looks at the face of the mother of all demons, and he takes out the unmaker to shoot down the reason for bringing the demons back.

The mother demons body explodes into blood and guts. The doomguy vows to stay in hell and take out any hellspawn that may bring doom to humankind.

The doomguy is once again teleported to another abandoned UAC facility and has to fight the demons yet again. He collects the unmaker and demon keys and opens the gates to the resurrector. The beams from the unmaker kills the resurrector just like her sister. The doomguy emerged victorious, but at a cost. Every invasion, every demon he has encountered has changed him. He realized that he can never live a normal life again, because he has walked the path of doom.

The marine and Sargent have a battle to see who lives, as the Sargent goes through the mars portal and gets telefraged and is presumably dead. The board of science has sent counselor Swan, his body guard and a marine to check out Dr Betrugers team and find a missing scientist in an old communications building. The marine goes through to find that Dr Betruger has been trying to sent hellspawn through the portals to lead a full blown invasion of earth. The marine goes through the halls of the facility and finds the portal that caused the problem. Two hell knights come through and the marine kills both, but is sucked through the portal.

Being honest, 2016 has some of the best gameplay and spirit of doom that I've ever seen. Eternal has some good points, but imo, I'd have to go 2016

2016 is good to tell you the story of Doom and how everything happened. In Eternal, they give you papers that god forbid you read because they are texts that take at least 2 hours to read.

For me, Eternal and DOOM 2016 are almost the same. There aren't many changes, just the gameplay, which is the best in Eternal. You can't deny that DOOM 2016 has the best maps with the best demonic ambience.

The marine, going through the facility, takes out the hell hunters one by one, each with their own power's, but he stood triumphant. As the marine reaches the maledict, he goes in to attack, but is pinned down by the maledict. The maledict asks for the artifact, but the marine stuffs the artifact down the maledicts throat. As the maledict disintegrates, all that is left is the skull of Dr Betruger. The marine is retrieved and returned to Mars as he had just killed hells best bet for more energy.

Samuel Hayden is || the seraphim who bestowed upon the slayer "terrible power and speed" (yeeted a piece of davoth in him). I will explain more after the next bit ||

In Urdak, you get a spoiler as to who vega is when you get the rings running.
|| He is the father, who davoth created to try find immortality, who then betrayed davoth and turned him into a purple lurple spherey wherey ||

at some point before 2016 and after the fall of || davoth, the father decides it's time to peace out, so he asks the seraphim to take him to the sanctum (in blood swamps) in secret. Maykrs find out oh noes the father is GONE and at some point the seraphim gets exiled / he also decides to just peace out (a better historian should correct me here). ||

|| Because the father is no longer around, the maykrs are now doomed to undergo transfiguration (death) so the seraphim in an attempt to save himself, transfers from his maykr body into a robot body (which what I assume has a fabricated history as a human; unless he decided to transfer into a human body then into a robot called Samuel Hayden) with the UAC in another dimension. Where he eventually finds the slayer's sarcophagus during a hell portal event (the events of 2016)||

|| Eventually the slayer does his boom boom shenanigans and we make our way to eternal where Samuel gets the fun idea to try get his old body back and then revive the father (VEGA) so he can be the seraphim again and not transfigure (die). But then doomguy says no and beats him up, destroys the father's life sphere and chooses to beat up davoth in person. ||

The one thing I'm not sure of is
|| Whether the VEGA core terminal was created with parts of the father Samuel took, or if there's some other stuff that links VEGA to the father ||

There's a handful of custom geo snapmaps and stuff done with Snaphak. The game has a hardcoded enemy spawn limit however and most enemies have wonky navpathing on blocking volumes, but they are far more interesting than anything done with prefabs.

If you're wanting to play more of the campaign (which is what they honestly should've done) SM is your best bet.

I don't understand your question, but Argent Tower:
Find Jump Boots -> Move to the tower -> Mancubus intro fight -> You move up through platforming and arena fights sections to highest area of a tower and fight final fight.

There are switches in areas, where arena fights happen. They activate moving objects, which help to get higher.

in 2016 you can chainsaw anything but it was very extra, which isn’t actually a bad thing

its difficult for eternal since the chainsaw is actually integrated in a resource management cycle but i want to viably chainsaw all enemies in the game in a balanced fashion

you mostly just chainsaw a random fodder and thats it, chainsawing heavy demons is rare cuz of how unviable it is

and how cool would it be to chainsaw a tyrant, baron, or doomhunter on a rare occasion

Yeah, UAC enemies (Zombies, Soldiers) don't appear in Hell levels (only in trailers/credits). I assume Devs wanted to keep them only for UAC/Mars levels for better immersion. Though, I think it shouldn't be a problem, since hell forces seems to be able to summon any enemies in any area they control.

I don't like vanilla Pistol in 2016, but if to change it a bit and buff it can be valuable vs weak enemies. At the same time balance of 2016 probably won't fit for it, since player has a lot of ammo most of time. But for something like non-upgraded run - why not.
