And as is, classic mode is always kind of boring cause they always start you with Shotgun, rather than trying to be clever about which weapon you start with (I'd love to see a master level start you with default rockets only, for example, and you need to ration your shots/make sure they all hit)

Classic Mode for the master levels is basically "blood punch routing, the game" and it's kinda boring save for 1 or 2 exceptions

They are fully beatable on first go though so come back later is not like level gating on rpgs or such.

the pc version of that game seems to be much better overall, on my ps4 it was bugging out all the time, and they weren't minor bugs, some of them where straight experience-breaking like in the mission where you fight 3 foglets near a cave with Lambert, the foglets' hitboxes wouldn't spawn in but they were still there hitting you and there was nothing you could do to kill them

At that distance, you have to actually aim after zooming in. Before zooming in, the target appears within the crosshairs, but upon activating the PB mod, it’s suddenly not.

On UACA there is a gap you must cross, toward two turrets and an arachnotron. If I took out the arachnotron and then crossed, I’d be positioned between 3 turrets and dealing with a cyber manc.

Yeah, I actually do that, I just aim holding mod button and start jumping left and right like crazy, it's actually not that hard to hit them since turrets are stationary targets, give it a few tries and you'll see what I mean, it's the safest way to deal with turrets imo

Neither looked like they were doing much. The only reason I think it had an effect was how quickly they staggered when I finally engaged them directly.

yeah, they don't react to anything that is not a frag grenade when they're not green flashing, but arbalest, micro-missiles, stickies and remote det truly hurt them little by little, it's just a matter of changing elevations often so they get hit by more of your explosives
