My favorite thing to do for one-shot-able enemies is the equip the rune the aloows me to move in slo-mo when in the air while using weapon abilities. Then: hook with the ssg onto the enemy, jump, then switch to heavy rifle sniper and headshot.

this logic doesn't really work if you're trying to argue that the chainsaw is also free

you still have to manage it, just like with the flame belch, meathook, and grenades

you should try utilizing the bp for the bp, it's very strong

but it is commonly underutilized among players

punch cancels with it and the ssg is crazy strong, but at that point you're getting into techy territory (very easy to pull off though)

those are commands you can enter with values of your choosing ofc

if you're playing modded maps with tons of demons you can also get mods to increase tokens available, which makes them attack more
