Chain gun shield does 0 damage instances when walking into an enemy, chain gun shield does 200 damage when you dash into an enemy. Chain gun shield sometimes mixes these damage instances for whatever reason when pulling up the shield in the final phase of the dash, which is made consistent by activating timeslow prior, the 0 damage instances are applied every frame, so when they get mixed up, that’s full 200 damage instances every frame, if you activate timeslow beyond the initial activation, you get more damage out of it because slower sequence = spending more frames on it

here the weapon wheel is used to get the most bang for my buck as possible, because WW timeslow is 7.14x slower as opposed to chrono strike making it 3.33x slower, the set up is impractical and it’s way overkill as the chrono strike iteration of this can already one shot any enemy in the game, so it’s really only proof of concept here

I have a document in the pinned messages detailing most of the tech I could think of, the explanations are correct but some of them may be a bit convoluted as of now, I might edit it later

Activating timeslow beforehand is important, it really is inconsistent without that first step, like it’ll almost never work like that

but yes, afterwards, that’s about it, and prepping it like that only needs to be done once unless you’ve died, loaded checkpoint, changed levels, or exited to main menu

Some enemies also have jank hitboxes or might just not be a good idea to literally dash into their face, but other than that, it’s very overpowered

Everyone says it makes more sense as a pressure suit fur deep waters but in reality it doesn't make sense bc you use it in lower pressure waters near the surface, which is stupid bc you could swim without a tank in Urdak and the Radiation suit heavily implied breathing wasn't the problem it was the irradiated water

Then they give up on the whole idea in Reclaimed Earth where the water is normal again like it was in Urdak

I have legitimately no clue what they were thinking with the O2 suit it makes no sense

they're very dangerous close range, but they don't reposition enough for that to really be relevant

Been playing a lot with not my typical runes (faster glory kill, speed boost after glory kill, air movement (always use that one regardless) ) and I truly feel like a monkey on crack flying around at high speeds. The equipment rune and demon faltering rune are more practical yes, but these are just more fun

The faster glory kills make the pace go so much better, and the speed boost after glory kill as well

It's also an ultra nightmare run, I hopped off once beating the level so today or soon I can just hop on and be on Blood Swamps

I also have made a choice to no use lock on rockets on Possesed Baron's bc from what I understand the resistances add up right? The barons already existing rocket resistance plus the possesed added resistance must make that shit nigh worthless

interestingly enough, the baron's lock-on burst resistance is (essentially) cancelled when it's possessed
a normal lock-on burst deals 2700 dmg, but to baron's it's 1890 (30% dmg resistance), however, if they're possessed they take 1070 damage from all rockets

and since they take 0,4x damage when possessed, that means they don't really have any special resistance while possessed
