For doom hunters I like to start with a remote det falter or deal a bit of damage and then go in for the falter, so I can safely blood punch his sled, dealing tons of damage
When he's off it, I do some random combo until he's low and finish him off with the full auto for 9 free shells

Everything Offwine's made (his levels aren't the easiest, but they're very good), kaiser campaign/delta master campaign, horde mode and complete colour library (awesome mod that allows you to choose what colours you want for your weapons, along with if it should be the normal effects or hellforged, which makes them way morr noticeable)

Everything except the colour library and horde mode should be on both nexus and the official mod portal

Most of the level mods are quite hard, and expect a lot of the player

Also, Hell Den, The World Den and ReclaimDen are probably all good to start with

(sorry for delayed response was out a bit) It happened in super gore nest, but ive also seen threads and posts about it happening in exultia and other levels, seems to be the most common with sentinel crystals, but other upgrades do seem to be able to have the same problem

so far i cant seem to find any way to prevent/undo it other than dumb luck and hoping a chapter restart fixes it

seems like the main two triggers are either cancelling the upgrade screen with esc/getting hit in the upgrade screen, or in our case loading checkpoint too often

seek and destroy is pretty good if you're never to the game, and you could debate if you should use that or dazed and confused, but I think it depends on how good you are with movement
savagery (faster glory kills) is really good though
punch and reave (health from BP shockwaves) is pretty useless, I'd recommend to change it for air control

if you're high enough in the air a lot of the demons ai just malfunctions until you're back on the ground

and if it doesnt its very easy tod dodge their projectiles with all the space you have up there

Dashing backwards for space between you ofc, and microwave beam/heat blast are also great for stopping him

Early on in the campaign, a simple combo to learn would be:
Grenade>mirco missle volley>glory kill
Later on the ||chaingun|| is unlocked and it's also a very strong option to deal with hell knights.
For dodging their attacks,just simply be moving at all times and for the most part you'll be good
