I mean, probably? Depends on how you want to approach the dlc, it’s definitely very optional apart from the dark lord bossfight where it becomes tedious without it, but it does make restacking several times easier

Whichever weapon I unmap will be moved to the weapon wheel in the place of the BFG. The options are SSG, HC, RL, Bal. I’m leaning toward Rocket Launcher or maybe Ballista

I wouldn’t say the rocket launcher because of its utility in quick switching, and I wouldn’t say the heavy cannon, for well, the same reason, super shotgun and ballista are both heavy hitters without the ability to have fast swap effect transferred to them, I’d say for your applications of weapons currently, ballista should do just fine on the weapon wheel, because having quicker access to the super shotgun, and by extension, one of your most versatile movement mechanics, is a benefit

I do PB Bal more often than PB Rocket because of hitscan at distance, and lack of splash damage in close quarters. If I follow your example of not destroying weak points this should be less of an issue though
