Yeethok works, you can't block the buffed marauder from spawning in blood swamps and not the marauder in the small room in UAC atlantica

To go fast with the yeethok you just have to hold A or D, not W, and when you release don't jump or shoot but quickly look away

But if you want a real yeethook you have to slow down time in some way, otherwise it's classified as a normal meathook

idk it doesn’t feel like a real next level to me, permadeath is just so lame, it feels more like some sort of arbitrary ruleset imposed upon the player than a real difficulty boost, like something the community would come up with rather than an official difficulty, “like Erm hey guys have u ever beaten the hardest difficulty without dying before??!1”, also there’s tons of players who don’t struggle too much with campaign on nightmare but do struggle with doing it without dying, so it’s more of tedium added to it
