kinda just isn’t talked about in speedrunning because nobody has a use for it. unrestricted campaign is ran on 1.0, and restricted on 1.1, which both have the ice bomb exploit, 2.0/2.1 patched out so much stuff that you have more of an advantage with current patch campaign because quality of life features, 3.0/3.1 is done in TAG1 speedruns, but of course that’s all done with a mastered Arsenal, and then the same thing with TAG2 but by the time that rolls out, both iterations of pb falter, so it just doesn’t matter anymore
