I’ve destroyed ppl with red stars on pc, it just means they hacked levels in. Levels typically indicate play time (console), but that applies for both multiplayer and campaign. And just cause somebody played a lot of campaign, doesn’t mean they’ll be good at battlemode

Closest to balanced is arba/dblade, where arba can be used in a fast dblade setup which is niche, and POS PEs (or sometimes regular PEs ig), which gives arba acceptable use

Idk It is my least used mod and is the only one I can kinda get behind not being the greatest but every other mod I can argue for, sure, in speedruns there are 100% mods that dominate, but playing the game normally all mods can shine, Mircowave is good for a quick stun and then a jab with a different weapon, Full Auto great to end with for a bit of ammo, Sticky great for weak points & head shot enemies, Heat Blast is great to build up and then use with grenades on a introduction to a combo, Shield is good for a ''oh shit moment'' to defend heavy damage, arbalest is great for a way to fight flying demons and then maybe a close up super shotgun kill, the list can go on but i don't wanna keep writing this
