Over the two years that the game was receiving updates, the dev team have always had an issue with the blood punch and glory kill systems. If they overtuned blood punch, then glory kills wouldn’t work. So they tuned it down, but then blood punches stopped registering. You can either overtune the bloodpunch or undertune it, there’s no in between

Even if he could kill the funny Dragon Ball man, which he can't, Goku has no Argent Energy in his system, so he doesn't siphon anything.

Doom's canon runs on different rules than Dragon Ball's does. Davoth isn't even close to the strongest enemy in Doom. The Icon was much stronger, as was most likely the Khan. Davoth was without his powers, and even when he had them he was only as strong as the Slayer is in Eternal

But anyway my point is you can't measure this shit because these canons run on different rules. In Doom's canon, there is no "magic" - everything runs on technology, divine technology and creation. Doomguy doesn't use magic to win, he uses badass weaponry, advanced strength and agility, and force of will.
In Dragon Ball characters are capable of harnessing energy with their bare hands and using that energy to obliterate entire planets, a feat many of the Dragon Ball characters are easily capable of. Simple battles last several episodes, several main antagonists successfully commit genocide through sheer power.
