it does not matter if im too slow to pb during the ballista since when i finish the ballista i will be able to pb ssg or rocket

and it wont even slow down the quick switch

The series are easy to get right now. I think a hot streak counts for 2 on consoles, so you basically only need 4 hot streaks as slayer and 4 as demon to get all rewards

Fun fact guys, things like the doom hunters armor and the pinkies armor are not entirely resilient to splash damage, taking only 4 rockets to put a pinky in glory kill state, or 7 sticky bombs. In comparison it takes 5 super shotgun blasts to stagger a pinky, or 6 ballista blasts.

So if you just don’t have a blood punch or don’t feel like shooting their back you can do that

My guess is that when Samur Maykr reincarnated himself into Samuel Hayden (which I think is actual canon) he lost a fair amount of his Maykr memories, and to get them back he knew he had to get back to the old body, but that’s just me spitballing

There is a mod called infinite arena mode and it’s a balanced randomizer of sorts, you can ( if you wanted to ) stay in the same arena forever and keep fighting although it’s not very difficult

It's one of the hardest lvls in campaign - your Slayer is relatively unprepared for the encounters. Just use general doom strategy - stay on the move, try some basic weapon swaps between shotgun and heavy cannon with precision bolt, prioritise hard hitting demons like mancubus, arachnotron's tourett and just rip and tear your way to super shotgun 🙂 after getting it things gonna get easier

Doom Eternal is my favorite game of all time but there are many many improvements that can be made, it is a decently flawed game that also nails tons of things better than almost any other shooter

even at such a theoretical high point, he'd probably still be a pushover because he's programmed to spam rocket barrages and not really pressure you in any significant way, that's a fundamental design aspect you can't "fix" by just raising some numbers
