I'd assume that SSG would proc sticky more and hence deal crit damage? The period between Sticky and SSG in this combo seems to be just enough that you can squeeze in a rocket and still get the SSG weakspot hit to proc crit on the stickies. In theory that is, actual execution is tight. I wanted to know more about the non weakpoint DPS as that is a more standard unit

and with the same criteria, let's say one PB > SB > RL > SSG cycle takes 1.648 seconds

oddly enough, the PB > SB > RL > SSG (final PB omitted) clip i recorded was, at 60fps, 5 frames faster than the PB > SB > RL > PB clip i recorded, but i'm not sure what to make of that

this already means calculating for dps doesn't make much sense

you do have to take RL splash into account though

assuming it's possible to do the non-SSG combo 5 frames faster than i did in the footage, you end up with roughly 93750dpm for that combo

even then there's still a 26395dpm differential so it's still worth it to add SSG

Yeah they are terrible. I am not a big fan for them. Don't get me wrong, for most games they are OK I guess but for eternal they are pretty bad

I use those controllers instead. They are bigger, more conformable and the joysticks feel more solid

Joycons have their place. I like the Dpad on the Joycons more than on the Switch Pro controller.

If the Pro controller got back buttons and a decent Dpad I’d call it the best controller.

If I didn’t need gyro I’d use this on a Steamdeck for sure. Even playing Mortal Kombat is easier with its Dpad. The controller is perfect.

I just used 2 extra lives on Glad. 1 per phase.

I am in fact thinking of doing a "no quickswaps" run.
Meaning no back and forth swaps or swap tech, multi weapon combos are ok.

As long as you do not repeat cycles.

Nerfing PB to have a global cooldown doesn't mean that fast states were removed, we'd just have a lot less PB

In fact many players choose to have PB on global cooldown because it forces them to vary their combos and use pr and cgs as starters/fast state inducers as well

Which is even worse. UN leeches all love you have for this game and converts it to absolute hate, it's the most poorly designed mode. UNing levels is fun, UNing the entire campaign requires consistency and time that most people don't have for a hollow reward

Well I know the game got super frustrating during UN campaign attempts for sure.
But finally getting it done felt like really achieving something.
Is it worth the time in retrospect? Hell no!
But that goes for any video game challenge that takes a considerable amount of time.

Yea. It's buff isn't that bad. However the spawn location in the pillar part is hard to pinpoint for me sometimes.

However, you can also just meathook jump up, swap to rockets and unleash hell

Idk, I kinda just wing it usually without doing that but I may try it on my next run.

Now a possessed dread knight? Probably has the health of a regular baron lol
