That's the other thing - even the Sentinels on Argent D'Nur itself aren't, like, defunct. Sentinel technology canonically still exists on Argent D'Nur, and is used frequently. Sentinel society continues even under Maykr rule, it's just morally bankrupt.

The scattered tribes of Argent D'Nur were not all of the Sentinels on that planet, either.

It's not because it's "epic" or "OH IT LOOKS JUST LIKE ENDGAME LOL", it's because thematically the cutscene wraps up a plot thread we've known about since 2016 (technically Doom 3) - it is showing the Argenta rising from the ashes of a broken world and proving their worth as people by getting themselves together and working to fight a common enemy, which had not happened for millennia.

Many people misunderstand the scene to be a half-baked Endgame homage. It's not - it's a conclusion to the Argenta plotline as a whole, as the story had established the Argenta society to be broken and morally shattered thanks to the betrayal. The scene in Immora is the climax of the Argenta as a party in Doom's plot - they rise again, as the Book of Kings foretold that they would.

I'm personally still of the opinion it goes against the themes of the Slayer working alone in most of 2016 and Eternal. I think as presented without codices, the stories had been building up the Slayer as someone who worked alone/against the grain, and the only other person that helped him semi selflessly was The Betrayer, someone else who was for all intents and purposes a loner/castaway.

DLC 1 sorta continued this cause while the intern helps you out it's done for more comedic effect, but it still had the loner theme when you do your own thing with Dark Lords orb because "fuck Samur's plan".

That said that's my interpretation and the reason I don't like the Immora intro, and I'll admit that while I liked 2016's story I never deep dove into it or Eternal's.

There's some subtle nods to the og Horde Mode mod as well. The big one is that in Holt, they added the Exultia Slayer gate room as an encounter, despite the fact that Holt normally has a different Slayer gate room. The belief is they used the Exultia Slayer gate room because that's what the og Horde Mode mod used. So thats... Neat.

In most cases there's 3 possible spawn locations for Archies, at least for main game. Standing in or near one of the spawn locations typically prevents him from spawning in that one, so you would only need to check the other two locations.

Some Archies only have specific spawns though, such as the 2 in Blood Swamps or the 3 in SGN ML. So you can't prevent their spawns

Well for the possessed marauder I used the manual detonation rocket launcher mod to chip its health down

I timed my hammer when two arch’s, two barons, and an incubus were around me so I could use my bfg round for max dmg

And I used the unmayker for the possessed tyrant since I knew a bfg round alone wouldn’t cut it
