Hey guys, have you played Ratchet and Clank 2? I'm currently going through challenge mode and there's this gun called the Zodiac that instantly nukes the screen, and the trophy for unlocking it is called "BFG", so that made me think about how many Doomers are into Ratchet and Clank as well

one of the parts of Doom 3 that annoys me a little bit -- you can get the BFG early if you're clever with the PDA, but you only have it for something like a level and a half before it gets taken away
then you can find it in another secret but you only keep it for three or four rooms before you lose it again
and then you have to wait three more levels before you finally have one to keep

Don't know. I think Doom 2016 BFG is just too strong and on top of that you have Ammo Rune, which drops BFG ammo. If to nerf both, it feels well in place, in my opinion.
In Eternal it feels a bit too humble, though.

I think a lot of people nowadays tend to get the idea that the game is more horror based and take it slow (like i did at first too) but you really can run it like classic doom
