basically it's a game where humanity was destroyed, eventually an entity called the Traveler granted ghost shells which gave humans immortality and the ability to control the Light which are the physical forces of the universe, and basically humans are trying to rebuild but they have to fight against a lot of aliens/robots/straight up gods. thats a huge oversimplification, the gameplay is kinda like Borderlands but more precised movement and the gunplay feels crisp, theres so much build crafting potential, and for raids, they are 5-6 hour activity involved with puzzles, combat, and bosses, and theres also PvP, which we dont talk about. That's a very small amount of content I mentioned but theres more
