So, this is part of why you quit to draw as little power as possible while on UPS power; your PC never pulls the power the PSU is listed as, it'll pull up to that amount.

But it depends on what you're doing; I have a 1600W PSU, but I'll only ever draw maybe 600 watts out of that.

When you close things, you draw less power because the system isn't being used as much, which gives you more time to finish things up and shut down properly.

it is the closest to the original first 2 games when it comes to dialog choices

3, 4, and whatever just don't have the depth and changing dialog depending on your traits

3 is in the same vein as NV in terms of FPS side

but NV does have a better story

and is usually considered more well designed

it does give you environmental hints, sorta similar to HL2 in a way
