It's extremely likely; having an NVME drive will result in faster load ins, which means if you enter an area and 100 things spawn, those 100 things won't run the risk of bottlenecking the drive and slowing it down, thus resulting in a game performance drop as they spawn.

I just remember feeling like TNC was a big step back from TNO and Old Blood in level design. Because the levels now are littered with these stealth arenas where you need to take out Nazi commanders that carry some kind of key code that you can grind out to do other missions, and levels are built around several of these mind you. The shooting and gunplay in great in New Colossus but it seriously lacks the variety and those cool set piece moments that New Order and Old Blood had that made them memorable.

And you have the option to stealth these encounters, but the game is just not at all built for stealth so there’s just no fun or point into trying to do those parts stealthy, just go in gun blazing.
