The Slayer lost a lot throughout Doom's plotline. It's likely the Khan is referring to his lost family, the Argenta civilization, and perhaps Daisy as well.

Daisy isn't really important to the story here - it's more what she represents to the Slayer, i.e. innocence torn apart by Hell.
